Desperate

Kind of fell off of the wagon for about a month and i am getting married on April 10, 2010 and i want to lose 11 lbs by then. I need to lose more but i would be happy with that for now and  want to look ok at my wedding but i have been so busy with wedding plans that i have neglected my body in eating right and going to the gym. I need some quick weight loss advice just for short term.

You can do it

Don't fall into desperation.. take it one day at a time and log everything.. and anytime you can add even a short walk etc etc do it.. you cannot imagine what a difference it makes! and good luck on your wedding!

That's an ambitious goal!  Be aware you are working against stress as well.  Not that stress is to be another excuse - but, it's a reality.  Be kind to yourself!  You don't want to be known as Bridezilla!

Find a healthy food that you like (baby carrots or another vegetable is best), and try to pack yourself a snack every day. When you are tempted to reach for chocolate or some other really unhealthy snack, reach instead for the healthy snack instead. It's hard to avoid stress eating, but you can make it work for you rather than against you.

When the stress of the wedding planning is threatening to be overwhelming, take a short walk or even a jog to blow off the steam.
