Did anyone ever try Apex Fat Burn 2? I started to take it b/c it does not have caffeine and I feel it may be making a difference. Did anyone else ever have success with this product. I was at a point where I was exercising daily and really watching my diet but I could not get the last 5 lbs off!!! I am not a fan of pills but I really felt I needed something else to boost my weight loss efforts.

Rule #1 - There are no real short cuts.

Rule #2 - If in doubt, refer to rule #1.

First off, if there really was a magic pill, don't you think we'd all be taking it? We'd all be skinny and this web site wouldn't be here.

Just because it doesn't have caffiene in it doesn't make it safe. Hydroxycut just go hit with a massive class action suit over rhabdomyalsis - where your body eats up your own muscle tissue. Ephedra was pulled off the market for killing people.

Herbal is NOT EQUAL to safe. Hemlock is about as herbal as it gets. So is Nightshade, Oleandar, Castor Beans, Yew, Jasmine, etc.
