Weight Loss for Women - Joining the Army

I joined this site today hoping to refocus my efforts to lose weight and get in shape for the Army. I have previously lost 42 lbs, and I have at least 30 lbs more to go. I'd like to lose more than that, but it's the number I have to get to in order to join. I'm sure I'll lose more once I join. Also, I'm not some 18-year-old kid anymore--no offense to 18-year-olds, but that makes it more difficult. I'm actually 37-years-old. Looking for some support and offering it to others. Have a great day!

Army

Thats great you're losing weight to join the Army. Hopefully you're doing lots of exercise because they expect you to stay in shape on your own in addition to whatever they have you do for PT. Hopefully its still going well.
