I'm not sure what activities everyone is doing. If we did do a challenge, I think it should be something everyone can participate in. Weight might be the best option since I know someone bikes and I don't even own one... there are only eight members in the group so far. We could do a certain % in an amount of time or we could do first to lose x amount of pounds. Thoughts?
I think either a weight loss number or a percentage of your current weight (like 10%) would be a great one to start. Is there challenges to get people to workout so many days per week (regardless of the intensity/duration)?
thank you for the invite jademaid, I'll likely sit out the weight loss challenge - I actually want to gain weight right now (and hopefully still drop body fat %)
