      <title>how about Body Fat percentage?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is typically the hardest one to change, yet fits everyone:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- those trying to lose weight&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- those trying to tone up&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm actually not looking to drop any weight, only change my current body fat percentage; and hopefully gain more muscle, therefore weigh more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, if you guys want to do a weight loss one, please go for it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Ideas</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm not sure what activities everyone is doing. If we did do a challenge, I think it should be something everyone can participate in. Weight might be the best option since I know someone bikes and I don't even own one... there are only eight members in the group so far. We could do a certain % in an amount of time or we could do first to lose x amount of pounds. Thoughts?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
