      <title>Adding Veggies</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've been trying to add veggies where I can... as when I get pizza, I try to get onions and peppers along with my meat topping. I'm not really a big fan of salads all of the time, so this is a way that I can get in my nutritional needs. Like today, I'm having chili con carne and I added in tomatoes and onions. I've found that the added veggies help bulk up the &quot;small&quot; portions of my diet without adding a ton of calories. Plus, not only are they healthy, but they taste good. :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Natural Option</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I don't really like the idea of using pills to diet, but I've found a natural option to aid my weight loss. Before bed cut a lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Add the juice to eight ounces of warm water or heat in the microwave. By drinking this before bed, you can help detoxify your body while also adding Vitamin C to your diet.
