Incorporate several forms of movement into your 'workout.' Emphasis here is not just on the physical body, but is more of a mind-body practice. Bring strength, flexibility, confidence, and fun into your fitness practice, and into your everyday life! Begin with a short yoga practice to warm up the body to prepare for bellydance (or other dance form) drills. Heat it up with basic bellydance technique and an introduction of both choreography and improvisation. We conclude with yoga stretches and a cool down.
