Subject Description
I started the Maximum Strength program this week but I've been working with Eric since mid-December. He's done wonders for my various aches and pains I've dealt with for years.
My starting lifts are:
Box Squat: 245
Deadlift: 365
Bench Press: 205
Chin 3RM: BW+35
Broad Jump: (woops, just realized I didn't test yet)
How about you guys? How long on the program? Does anyone subscribe to his blog/newsletter?
