    <description>&lt;p&gt;I started the Maximum Strength program this week but I've been working with Eric since mid-December.&amp;nbsp; He's done wonders for my various aches and pains I've dealt with for years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My starting lifts are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Box Squat:&amp;nbsp; 245&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Deadlift:&amp;nbsp; 365&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bench Press:&amp;nbsp; 205&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chin 3RM:&amp;nbsp; BW+35&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Broad Jump:&amp;nbsp; (woops, just realized I didn't test yet)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How about you guys?&amp;nbsp; How long on the program?&amp;nbsp; Does anyone subscribe to his blog/newsletter?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
