Yay! I'm excited. I know I was thinking a lot more about what I ate this weekend, even though I did let myself splurge too often. Blergh. Got to get in the gym more!
Yeah - I'm not going to figure out all the calories eaten etc from this weekend - too many to figure out - but it all starts today - I'm going cri-zazy looking up stuff and getting it all figured out. Yay.
I'm excited, this website is pretty comprehensive! Though I can't actually weigh myself until Saturday so I've got no way of figuring out where I'm currently at.
I need more protein. And, it's 10:46pm and I've only had 1432 calories. WHAT THE DUCE? Apparently, I fluctuate greatly when it comes to food. Yesterday was 982 calories (way too low... my poor metabolism) but Sunday was 2470 calories. Obviously, I have an unhealthy pattern I didn't even realize - it's famine or feast for my poor body.
This site is super helpful. I never would have noticed this before. And I'm drinking more water!
blah. I got sick off of my first meal yesterday (I knew I shouldn't eat those hot pockets) and I only ended up eating 560 cal yesterday. I am sure that I threw up about 280 of that.
Next time I think to myself, "Harms you shouldn't eat that, it isn't healthy" I will remember this.
I can't wait until I can get back home and hopefully eat healthier, it's alot harder to eat correctly from restrants in small towns in the north then from my apartment!
