      <title>bad food. </title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;blah. I got sick off of my first meal yesterday (I knew I shouldn't eat those hot pockets) and I only ended up eating 560 cal yesterday. I am sure that I threw up about 280 of that.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Crap...</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I need more protein.&amp;nbsp; And, it's 10:46pm and I've only had 1432 calories.&amp;nbsp; WHAT THE DUCE? Apparently, I fluctuate greatly when it comes to food. Yesterday was 982 calories (way too low... my poor metabolism) but Sunday was 2470 calories.&amp;nbsp; Obviously, I have an unhealthy pattern I didn't even realize - it's famine or feast for my poor body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This site is super helpful.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I never would have noticed this before.&amp;nbsp; And I'm drinking more water!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
