The Ewok Village and Friends - Tasty Protein without fat!

So I've found a pretty easy way to get more protein without adding extra fat and it's not to bad on the taste front (though I do suggest diluting to the upper suggestioned amount.) The product is from Kellogg and it's little packets of their K2O Protein Water. I tried the ice tea flavor and it basically tastes like ice tea but for 30cals you get 5g of protein, 5g of fiber, no fat and 2-3 servings of water!

Mmmm Protein

If you're a meat-eater, we found this tasty low-fat turkey from Costco:

Also, that protein powder from Costco is tasty too - hey Ewoks, what brand is that called?
