After years of unacceptable excuses and self-rationalizations for my lack of discipline with my eating habits and gym attendance, my weight reached 275lbs. My knees hurt, my back hurt, I’d get winded rolling around with my kids, and just getting out my car required a rocking movement for momentum and some grunting. I decided I needed to make a lifestyle change.
I rejoined a gym and hired a trainer who directed me to start a food diary. Over the following year I lost 70lbs. I use Daily Burn to keep track of my diet, weight, and exercise logs.
