    Fitness in the work gym

First off, my run yesterday went excellent. Finally got under 35min on the routes and yesteday I didn't even feel that pushed myself to my limit. Good sign my form is almost back to before my ankle injury. Regarding my fitness aspirations! Two days ago I tried my work gym for the first time. A VERY sparsely equipped gym, but I with just enough equipment for me to get a full body workout split over 3 days (a lot with dumbbells). But here on day two I am SO sore in my one tricep. So I think this fitness-get-some-muscle might take longer than I had originally anticipated... sigh

    Started again

Yeah so in May I sprained my ankle and therefore have not run since. I started with two runs this past week and my foot is doing ok although not fantastic, so I will start trying to get 2-3 runs in a week at 5-10k each and try to avoid an injuries :) Also I got my Garmin Forerunner 405 and it is a dream to use and seems more precise that my old 305.

    To get in shape

My current focus is on getting back in shape, so running is what it is all about. I quit smoking on January 1st this year, have gained about 5kg since then. This is what I am trying to lose. At the same time I am training to train to be able to run 10km in 40min (long-term goal), and again be able to run 5km in under 25min (short-term goal).
