It was nice to work out both Monday and Tuesday mornings. The cold/flu that's been going around finally caught up with me on Tuesday. Sweating, coughing, lack of sleep, dizziness... I left work 90 minutes earlier so I can get the 11 hours of sleep by body needed. I haven't quite figured out what I need to do on Wednesdays and Saturdays when it comes to exercise, but I'm thinking of walking on the treadmill at an incline. I do wish I had strength this Wednesday morning to hit the gym, but my body was telling me to sleep in that hour and a half.

The Beginning
I just found out about this website and I looks amazing. There's plenty of support and the applications are awesome. The set up is light years beyond what I've ever created for myself. Well, my goal is to stick with my new weight-lifting routine, walk/run several times a week, eat a little better, and see what happens. Logically, I should be transforming myself from a 273 pound man to someone much more healthier. I'm committed and I will put in 100% effort.
