About Me
A few years ago I lost 30 pounds and I felt great! I got down to 105, which I didn't even think was possible. I swore I would never gain the weight back. The problem was that I lost the weight in an unhealthy manner (starving myself) and when I started eating again the weight of course all came right back. Now I'm trying to figure out how to lose the weight and keep it off the right way. It's slow going and I find myself getting frustrated often. I need some serious motivators!! :)

In need of some serious motivation
I've avoided this site because I didn't want to post my weight, but it's time to own up to it and start over again. I keep making excuses for not working out and not eating like I should. Now the holidays are coming up and I need to stop making excuses and just do it.

Vacation
2 lbs, big deal. It's often water due to increased sodium or from your digestive system being off. It's fine, just back to normal life.

Vacation
I went on vacation for 9 days and gained 2 pounds. I worked out every other day or so and took long walks on the beach, but went way off my diet... cake, ice cream, chips. I was a bad girl! Now I'm struggling to get back into the routine and good eating habits again. I'm starting the P90X Phase 2 over again since I got off track.

Title...
I did the opposite thing. I was running a 13 minute mile last year and I've got it down to around 10minutes. So I'm working on my endurance now. I dream of running a half marathon. Encouragement is a good thing. Makes you feel that people care about what you're doing and how you're feeling.
