About Me
I exercise to stay healthy and live longer. Been a fan of working out in the gym since high school days. It's been a great hobby of mine and also a fantasy to become a certified trainer...but I'll stick with the hobby for now. I love to also help others achieve mental, physical and spiritual growth. I've dumped the morning chocolate long john...good by soft and fluffy.

Ok...getting back in the gym. Again.....
Guess what? Blood tests came back, cholesterol went DOWN! Prayer along with a high veggie diet and exercise did the trick. Some diet thoughts: eliminate the chocolate long john every morning, easy on the creme in my coffee and say no to pizza and fast food. Some exercise thoughts: consistency is key, remember this is about de-stressing, cardio....Where are my motivators! Give me a shout out!

Back In Action
Renewed our gym membership. Felt good about that. I've been slowing getting back into the gym, but I've only succeeded in getting in two workouts this week. The gym is not exactly the place I'd like to be straight after work. But...none the less I know I need to make it a priority. Now to find a good workout...
