Well done Ad, you keep reaching out and attaining your goals, that rocks! Keep it up mate. Hey, how do you keep gaining weight like that? You seem to be making amazing gains, wish I could say that for myself, I just seem to stay put. But I am working on it. Hope to get to 80kg some day, am at about 75kg right now. I would be grateful for any share on how you make your gains in such a short time span. Tim

for motivating me there buddy, I am really trying to continue with some progressive overload on my training, adding just that bit of weight each time. Thanks for helping me keep at it. I have not been too careful with my nutritional intake though, but trying. Oh man, and you just keep making those gains, how do you do it??? Please give me a hint!
