    Back On

    After a week off I am back to working out. I ate like shit and gained some weight, but its time to get serious once again.

    Back Home

    Im back home from Seattle and a couple things to point out. I gained a little over a pound on the trip, which isnt bad since I did not work out AT ALL. However, I do feel a little more flabby so I am adjusting my workout. I am going to do all of my weights (upper body, lower body, and core) on the same days and do cardio on the other days. I need to start working on swimming because of my class in the fall. I am also going to start weighing myself in the morning, rather than at night, because night always adds on some water weight pounds. My goal is going to be to get down to 180, and then 175 in weight, but add on some muscle. I am more focusing on body fat.

    Starting Over

    I hit 180 continuously the past 2 weeks. So I am basically starting over. Its May 1st, and by the end of the month I want to be in excellent shape. Lots of time for cardio and working out, which I have not had the past 2-3 weeks. I am also going back on Anavol. I have been off for about 3 months, so I dont know what affect it could have, but hopefully I will get bigger faster.
