A Healthy Experience
How exciting is that you will be training for a sprint tri! If you haven't already purchases a book on training for tris, I recommend you pick up Triathlete's Training Bible by Joe Friel as a reference guide to help you train. That's what I defer to when I'm training for my triathlons. I wish you the best of luck! Have a happy and healthy holiday season! :)

Daily burn experience
From logging my food on a regular basis I learned that I consumed more calories than I though I did. And when I ate in my desired calorie range it made me realize that I was eating too many fatty foods. By calculating the things I ate it helped me realize what foods I need to cut back on. From calculating my goals it helped me learn what exercise burns how many calories. So if I didn't have a lot of time maybe I should run on the treadmill instead of doing to elliptical since running burns more calories. Daily burn was helpful in realizing where my nutrition and fitness was at. It made me realize that I need to kick up my exercise to live a healthier life. In May I plan to do a sprint triathalon so I have something that I have to train for, and my sister is going to do it with me so we can motivate each other to work out on a regular basis. It will also help me be more accountable since my sister will be waiting to meet up with me for our run in the morning, that helps get me out of bed.

Comprehensive Program
So, now that you've designed your personal program, how are you liking it? I see that you've done some of the cardio and biking. Is there some aspect of it that you've realized that is or isn't working for you now that it's been about a week or so since you've created this workout? [NOTE: Please click on your Comp Program to see my specific comments about the workout.] Keep up the good work! :)

Who is motivating you?
You did an excellent job this week of motivating people and you've also addressed ways to avoid making excuses for not exercising... But who is motivating you? Or what's your excuse for not participating in your daily dose of physical activity? I challenge you to *DO* at least 2 of the new workout programs you've subscribed to and add an exercise goal (that's attainable) and reach it this week! Are you up for the challenge? :)
