Fatty Fatty 2x4...
All play and no work out makes Chris a FAT boy. Too much sugar in my diet. Started a healthy eating plan again. Will need to be strong so that I am not sabotaged.

A fresh start
Brutal. I've let myself go to waist lol But I am on day 3 of activity. I have also started a healthy eating plan, and I managed to job 300 m (in 100m increments) during my 2k walk. ANd, it was not really that difficult.

I've been a baaaad boy
So apparently I fell off the dietary wagon this weekend. I haven't been tracking my progress for a few days and I have fallen into old (and bad) habits. I've got to get back into the tracking of my fat and, now that the weather is nice, get outside for some much needed exercise.
