After 4 weeks off
Im into P90X Plus and I've never sweat so much during a dumbbell workout

back in the rhythm of p90x
The weights are defiantly the best measure of exercise, I'm sore 2 days afterwards and feel great. Today I've started doing AB ripper X again properly. I did notice that I had been doing pull-ups wrong and its halved my reps.

Starting Phase 3 P90
I'll continue from the start of phase 3 after my 3 weeks off which should take me four weeks with a weeks rest then do p90x+ for the remaining month before my trip to Thailand, this time with dumbbells.

Bands to Weights
After breaking 4 bands, I've upgraded to barbells. Damn they're expensive, so far $120 for just 30kg. I'm borrowing some friends extra weights in case I need more than 30

2 weeks off sick
now I've lost my P90 tapes, trying to get them again. I would've been in my last week by now.
