    Title...

    I'm back, after being MIA for a few months!!! I was 155 the last time I was here (Julyish) and eventually gained another 5lbs taking me up to 160... I am currently 140 at the time, so I did manage to loose 20+ lbs... I am hoping to loose another 10-13lbs max so I can be in between 127-130... Of course the last 10 pounds seem to come off a little slower for some reason, so I def. have to find ways to step it up a notch!!! :)

    Thanks for the invite Is your shoulder better today? Sorry to hear that you're in pain. You'll probably have to take a couple of days off for upper body exercices, but keep up with cardio and lower body in the meanwhile! Hang in there!

    In pain... :(

    So it looks like I hurt my right shoulder... :( I couldn't really work out yesterday... At first I thought I was just feeling soreness from working out, but realized I can bearly stretch, reach or raise my right arm... I'm assuming I must have strained it while I was doing push ups or bench dips on Thrusday... I am so bummed out about it... :(
