End of Football Season
I just finished my college football season and I am currently 230. This was an improvement from the beginning of the year but not my lowest yet. I was able to get down to 214 at one point but did not stick for long. Fell off past two weeks with drinking and eating garbage. So trying to slim down a great deal for thanksgiving and need to cut out more of my drinking.

Baseball Season
With baseball coming up around the corner (been practice but no games). I been trying to run more and cut down on the heavy muscle building exercises and become more lean. Been doing my best at taking my supplements and weighing myself every morning but I do miss a day here and here. But the good thing is that I am actually losing weight and i feel good about it.

Christmas Break: Florida
Been in Florida with a lot of family food and good eat. With no scale or weight room. . . Slipped up bad.

Christmas Break: Start
Got my supplements, Multi, Fishoil, Lipo 6 Black, Trying to slim down. alrady played basketball. Going to be tough to run since there is so much snow on the ground, but Florida will help with that aspect.

Just got back from thanksgiving, long break full of eating. Found out that the coach wants me to play WR, and that means slimming down. LETS GET IT!
