    On the road yet again

    Well another rough day of traveling and a hard day for eating to. I did what I could but I am still hungry and craving for something not so good. Gotta make it through the night. i did run today and it felt good at 6.0 pace. Feeling stronger in my legs and breathing easier. Much more up side than to worry about my food intake just need to be on my toes here.

    On the road....

    Well when I travel it is increasingly more difficult to stay with the calories for the day. For the most part i made wise decisions but I did waiver a bit in the morning. Need to stay focused. This morning was a great workout. I felt energized and and strong. Pushed myself extra hard. First solid workout in the last 2 weeks. Lets keep on rolling.

    Day 3

    Feeling stronger more energy even though lack of sleep. Need to focus more at work and not get side tracked. Looking forward to doing some cardio this weekend.

    Day 2

    Feeling a whole lot better and more motivated now that i am back at eating 1500 cal. Going to do this for 4 weeks and see if i can lose 10lbs. Got to stick to it.

    Last Week

    So I started the p90x program and I am feeling strong and motivated but I did not lose any weight. I have been working on a 1500 cal diet for 6 weeks to lose weight but then added calories per the P90x and I actually gained wieght this week. Frustrating. So I guess I will go back down again and get to the weight I am shooting for then re-look at my diet.

About Me

So I am here trying to get into the best shape I have ever been in. So far i have made great gains since last November and have lost about 15lbs. But over the holidays I hit a plateau and I need to get back into it. 4 months to go til Summer - bring it.
