    food goals?

    It seems I need to eat more protein. Maybe the next time I go grocery shopping I'll actually buy the hummus I thought I had bought the last two trips. I have such good intentions, but somehow it just doesn't make it into the cart. Also, I need to get foods that are easy to grab that are higher protein/lower carb so I don't have to do so much prep. Things to work on.
