Day 60!
wow its been 30 days since i have written here. things are going well. not super duper ripped but moving along VERY nicely. i can see a bright future.

Day 30... of p90x
ok, so apparantly i look better and i feel a heck of a lot better like a million bucks. BUT i took the pictures last night for the 30 day progress and was not impressed, barely a difference in my opinion. A little discouraged at this point. i think im just going to pack more lunches, and double up on cardio on weekends see if that has an effect for the 60 day mark.

Week 4 day 4
Im about to hit my 30 day mark, i am seeing a huge improvement. Today is yoga, looking forward to the 30 day photos.
