Great Ocean Road Marathon 2012
completed the 45km distance in 3h19m 23s, and the 42.195km split in just under 3hrs5min, bettering my previous marathon time by just over 5 minutes. Very happy. Next race is the Melbourne Marathon in October. Bring it on! Taking it easy for the next few weeks.

less challenges
will endeavour not to join any more new running challenges....to give everyone else a chance ;) Great Ocean Road Marathon is 7 weeks away, and closing in on racing weight.

next race
was going to be the Williamstown Marathon, but it's been cancelled. Will be doing the Great Ocean Road Marathon in mid May. 45km, which includes a 42.2km time. Hilly and potentially windy.

Reflections on 2011
Total of 4771km at an average speed of11.9km/h. Improved my marathon times by almost 10 minutes from 2010. Aiming for two marathons and a 10km cross country race for 2012, prior to boston 2013.
