Since I started re-building my retaining wall I have been dropping calories and burning energy at an amazing rate. it has taken me from my normal workout routine but has nearly doubled my calorie burn....

Fat % loss..

My latest stat check was surprising, weight stayed the same but my BF% went down 1.4% . That would indicate I am gaining muscle while maintaining my current weight. Which is going to cause me to change my plan a bit, I think next round of P90X will be the Lean Round to try and lean down more, I don't need a lot of weight loss just want to drop the BF%.

Make Up days

Thanks to a very intense thunderstorm I have to make up missed workouts, lost power Fri night and missed my P90X workout, so now I have to do to Week 5 workouts to make up the difference...

Manual Labor...

Spent the weekend building a new retaining wall, dug holes for posts and everything in between including back filling, big job but it had to be done. Back to my scheduled workouts today..... Manual labor can burn some big cals depending on what your doing....I used the pedometer in place of my HRM so I'm not sure how accurate the cal burn count is..
