Yep, total body 3 times a week. I currently do: Bench, Squat, Stiflegged deadlift, calf raise, shoulder press, barbell bicep curl and abs, 3 times a week. I am just starting out though, the program I am on is very similar to starting strength, its a routine I found on bodybuilding.com. I am a skinny ectomorph, so I have to eat a ton. But I've gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks, and barely any body fat, so it seems to be working so far.
