Hi Angela (wave), "Cheers to a New Year and another chance for us to get it right." ~Oprah Winfrey. I'm glad you FINALLY joined (see blackmailing can be used as a force for good LOL). Seriously, it's nice to have a coworker and friend to improve one’s health with. This tool can track many things and we can watch each other (not so much in a stalking way but in a positive motivational way hahahaah). On a side note, I think one odd thing we learned last year isn't that things are black or white but rather black or gray 0%. I'd like to say to all my "GymBuddy"s, why not this year if/when formulating your New Year's Resolutions that you think of it in terms of GOALS. That way you're allowed to pace yourself, learn, grow, and adapt so that you can achieve success without breaking any resolutions. Happy New Year and I wish you the best!! :) :D
