    I am back....

    After purchasing a home my diet went in the garbage and my gym habits have been horrible based on my very busy schedule...those were just excuses. Luckily I have only put on a small amount of weight but it is still going in the wrong direction and I am not feeling as good as I had when I was eating healthier and working out every day. I am back.

    Hit another goal

    Well I completed the lose 10 lbs goal. To date I have lost 26 lbs and I am feeling great. I just started college again so we will see if I can continue the good work during the semester. My original goal was 180 lbs but I may drop that another 5-7 lbs depending on how my body looks at 180lbs. Still loving the website for sure.

    Doing Well

    The weight loss is going well. I am not too burnt out on healthy food yet. I need to hit the weights a little harder to help with my muscle hardness. I also need a protein supplement to help me hit my protein goals, I am falling a bit short each day. I am close to my initial goal of 190 by 08/29/09 and will continue until my final goal of 180lbs.

    I invited Jason and Lacey. I will let you know i they join so that you can add them. I didn't finish strong yesterday. No workout and we went to the sizzler. No good! Doing better today though.

    Day 7

    The first week on dailyburn.com has been great. The nutrition tracker is great and same for the workout tracker. I have my brother convinced to join as well. Today I did a good home workout and completed my 1st challenge being the 1,000 push-up challenge. My next goal is 190 lbs by August 18th. I will need to increase cardio and workout hard to make my goal.

About Me

I started working out again on June 1st, 2009 after an 8 yr plus layoff. I started at 213 lbs and my goal is to get to 180 lbs. I want to get back into shape and feel strong again.
