my scale sucks
did say 263 first time i weighed myself then read 287 few days later. my ddr plan is fail!

Nah, a DDR plan isn't dumb. (Now, a Guitar Hero plan - that would be dumb!) Using DDR to work out isn't for me, but I'm sure it works for plenty of other people. Just don't give up!

trying to be serious about this
never really been serious about any weight loss plan but im going to try to stick to this even though some people think a ddr plan is dumb
