losing the body fat
althought i'm not losing pounds, it seems as though i'm doing a great job in reducing my body fat and building lean muscle!

gained weight!
not sure what happened - gained 1.5 pounds in 1.5 weeks....was traveling and not as aware of my eating. damn!

just started using this app today
awesome application i hope i can use it religiously to track my eating and exercise...had no idea about what i was really eating in terms of calories - what a shock!
