January Blues!
I can understand where you're coming from. Remember though you're doing so well. 7lbs down in the first month of the year and there's still a week and a bit to go. Can relate to a hectic schedule - does get you down doesn't it. How about committing half of what you normally would and then progressing from there? At least that's something then isn't it....?

Thank You!
Hi - Thanks for your message. I think I have finally found a decent structure in my training now. Strength training as a primary focus added with cardio around it. I forgot how rewarding strength traning can be. I didn't expect to reach my goal for the deadlift so quickly - it happened by accident -(there were no lighter weights available so I had to use the larger ones) and then bang - goal reached! How are things going with you?

Applause!!!
Well done - great effort! Very impressive. Things not too bad with me - have been training my butt off. I lost 4lbs last week. Will be weighing in on Friday again - but still haven't sorted out diet yet so not expecting much this week. Going to start logging food from tomorrow - it drives me insane!!!! Glad you're doing well! How are you finding the clean eating? I take it the detox shakes were shelved?

Hey!
Hi Alannah - how's it going?

12 degrees. Windchill: 1 degree.
So cold. Four miles on mostly ice. For some reason, blissfully happy. (*Must get sunglasses.) Cottage cheese pancake Sunday!!
