Bedtime 3:15 am, Wake Up 7:15 am to drunkenness in the stairwell: 4 measly hours. I need to figure out how to sleep once again! School is keeping me lying awake at night - anyone else? Can I get a hell-yeah?! Oh, and Sauna-ing is amazing, I think Lindsay is one of my new workout partner just because she likes to sauna haha! Also, I have yet to meet one full day of nutrition, I only like to eat when I am hungry (maybe just the wrong foods... still trying to figure this one out. could do with being conscious of what I'm eating, but I haven't been very hungry)! Also with gyminee, I have not been logging my lifting - takes too long to add in all of the little lift exercises!
