RE: unit 8 :)
What an accomplishment - you should certainly be proud of the efforts you put forth these past few weeks. It sounds like you learned a lot but also discovered new methods to keep yourself motivated and 'in-check' with your health. Keep up the good work and take all you've learned with you as you move forward in life! Have a great spring! :)

unit 8 : )
Well the pros about using a website like DailyBurn.com is that I can see the nutritional value each of my meals has at first I was very chocked with the amount of fat I was consuming daily, but after seeing that information I have been trying to be more careful in the amounts and types of food I eat in the regular basis. As for the cons about this website is that it is a bit hard at first to get used to logging in all the food you consumed during the day and your daily activities. But as the class progressed I was able to build a routine from entering my food consumption every day and it made it a lot easier in the long run. As for my SMART goals I was able to meet them I do have to admit it was not easy but I was able to create a work out routine that worked with my schedule, I was able to perform it with out a problem and I’m very satisfied with the results.

Hydro Whey
Hi! the hydro platinum whey protein is awesome. I was mixing those cheaper proteins from CVS and Wal-Mart but they would only last me about a week so I figured if I bought a three pound tub I'd ultimately be saving more money and a better quality protein nonetheless. My daily protein intake is about 220 grams so I drink like 5 of those a day and if you mix some fruit with it they sure are tasty!! great job on the calorie goals this past week!!

unit 7 log
The people I chose to motivate this week were Llourias and aperezjr. The one thing that keeps me motivated and excited to continue working out is the fact that I can feel myself getting into better shape as the weeks go by. I have noticed that I do not get tired as easily anymore and my muscles are getting more defined. The work out that I chose for this week was The Short Shorts Workout the reason I decided to do this work out was because I wanted to tone my legs in order to be ready for summer.
