week 3
Yay! Lost a few more pounds. Would love to be sub 140 next week, so will focus focus focus. Feeling better and stronger.

Week 2 - yay
I'm officially down 3.5 lbs. This week will be an important one. I think if I can get sub 140 soon, I'll be feeling much better. Need to REALLY focus on the eating this week, and keeping calories down as much as possible. Struggled a lot on Friday and Saturday nights. I need to figure this out, because I really dont want to become a home body just don't I don't eat and drink too much. :)

lunch
Ugh. Went to lunch with potential clients and they chose Mexican! How could they?? I limited myself to 8 chips. that was a first! And I ordered Ceviche - which was great. A super small portion, which was good, too. But then I ate some of the plantain chips that went with it. THe good thing is, I was pretty good, considering the situation. definitely different than it would have been last week!
