    Body Fat

    I bought a body fat caliper and special measuring tape from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/AccuMeasure-MyoTape-AM-3000-Fitness-Personal/dp/B002VAPHXW/ref=dp_cp_ob_hpc_title_1 It is tough to get an accurate body fat measurement, so I do it 3 times and average it. I'm glad you asked about the flax, I'm going to add it, too!

About Me

Was a real skinny teenager and 20-something, but gained a lot of weight through stress eating. Never been a "dieter" but the same-old same-old wasn't working for me. Now I'm on the Four Hour Body diet and though I'm not seeing the predicted fast results, I really do like it. DailyBurn is a great way to help me track my protein, which is a big deal on 4HB, plus I look forward to seeing that green "weight" line head down.... :)
