Doing good on the tracking and workouts.. Keep it up! As far as tracking your reduced carb diet I don't think it would be any diffrent on here. They have lots of the no or low carb food items.. If it's not up you can add it pretty easy but feel free to call me.

Alrighty, did not track all of today's food due to changing diets, having eaten at the buffet bar and not knowing how to count mom's yummy meatloaf sauce :) Going to start Adkins diet tomorrow. Since I enjoy eating carbohydrates so much, I thought it would be interesting to see how me and my body react by limiting them. I still want to monitor my foods and eat sensibly so I'm not sure how i will track this. I need to call my bro and his advice :)

well today I went over my calorie goal by daily burn but its amazing what one meal can do as far as calories. Its almost an entire day's worth of calories in a grilled chicken meal. Perhaps next time I will try and plan ahead if I know I'm going to get taken out to dinner. I still didn't make my protein goal though. had a really good workout on Monday, will have a good one tomorrow as well. :)

Rest day :)
My knee was acting up and I was still kinda sore so I took a rest day... Next Gym day is Monday will focus more on the Elliptical as I can do that without muscle pain or knee pain and it will help build my Heart muscle :) I'll still do some treadmill and minor weights. Feel free to recommend weights or exercises :) I have no idea what weights to use or what machines do what. I feel like I'm in a foreign country so any suggestions would be appreciated :)

I'm doing good. I can't walk really fast on the treadmill due to my leg but for me I did excellent. I walked at a fast pace for me and did .5 miles on the Treadmill in 12 minutes. I had to stop due to pain. then I walked .79 miles on the treadmill later on in 30 minutes. It was a slower pace based on my heart rate being in the correct zone. I also did 2.43 miles on the Eliptical in 35 minutes. That machine does not stress my lower legs or knees so i can do best on that machine. I also lifted 5 pound weights about 20 times with each arm and did 15 crunches on this weird incline thing. Then I swung 8 pound weights around mostly to stretch my sides. This guy called honey buns.. not sure if thats good or bad. lol
