    Congrats on keep the weight in check, that is huge! Also how cool will Switzerland be! Of the places that I have visited, Switzerland is still at the top of my list! All the amazing outdoor things (not to mention good food... but i digress there). Hope all goes well with the travels and the move!

    Hi hi hi

    Hi everyone! Ok, so I have been really bad at posting on DailyBurn, but I am h appy to report that it wasn't really a lapse in my fitness. I have been travelling...well...way too much...and luckily that means I haven't put on any weight, but I am definitely drained. Trying to get back in a little bit of routine, but with 6 more flights in the next month it is pretty unlikely. Anyway, I'll do my best to at least post every once and awhile during Chirstmas and the big move from China to Switzerland! It'll be a crazy month! Here's hoping I can stay away from the Christmas cookies and fondue!

    Hi Everybody!

    Hi again! Long time no talk! Last week was Golden Week and keeping to a real strict diet proved to be impossible. I didn't completely blow it, but too much drinking :) I did get to work out A LOT! That was great. I did a really good job of running and getting some other work in too. Now I'm back at work and the diet and exercising are both back in gear. Feeling much better. Still have that dreaded fear of getting on the scale Saturday morning, but it'll be ok. Say what you want about it, but I did start doing P90x lean. I needed to be able to get in workouts at strange hours when the gym isn't open (jet lag and late working nights) so it is a good option for me. 1 week in and it feels good. Hard, but definitely do-able. Anyway! I'm back!
