the road less traveled
when the scale displayed 194.4 lbs, and 28.4% body fat I got scared. I'm only 34 and was a soccer player and gymnast up to my late teens. There is no excuse for the condition of my body. Time for change. New lifestyle. It took years to get out of shape and I am sure will take many months if not years to get in great shape. Everything good has an equivalent price to pay. No pain, no gain. However you want to put it, I am ready for change.
