Burn Circuit 3
i forgot how quickly I can sweat when I am working out with Chalene Johnson and her CLX workouts. It is absolutely amazing and I love it. She pushes me so hard and it feels so good - I can really feel my arms starting to tone up which is great because I HATE my arms. Woo hoo!

Nah.. i dont have any pics up yet.. i think once I complete Month 1 of P90X then i'll post some up.. I have seen some huge differences, but still not too comfy putting them up yet.. Yeah, the Yoga X is super intense.. I have trouble with that one.. i sweat so much during that session, its unreal.. but I have set a goal to be able to do it all.. it just takes so much strength, balance and coordination.. and it works so many different muscles in your body.. its unbelievable.. I have to hand it to all the Yoga people out there.. its tough..

Well that's awesome.. i looked it up and they look pretty cool.. seems like its a real workout.. i'm not sure what i will do after the P90X.. a part of me wants to go another round and just do the lean workout mix or try the Insanity.. that looks nuts! So i have about 2 more months to decide what I will do! :) Well keep up the good work.. I saw your before and after pics.. you look great!

34# Down
So I know I gained enough weight after I joined this place (bah) but I have officially lost 34# and I am so happy about that. I just have to keep it up! I know I can do this!
