Hey I also wanted to comment
I just noticed that you joined the 300 workout program. I was wondering how that is working out for you. And was wondering if you left the killer abs program for a reason and if so what the reason was. Anyhoo, keep up the good work and I know you will succeed.

Hey heres my motivation to yea.
You haven't added me as a friend yet so I'm going to send a motivation to you this way. I see that you are doing pretty well and I just thought I give you a tip to keep you going. I recommend typing up your fitness goals and scotch taping them to a place in your room that you look everyday to give yourself a boost in your daily routine.

My Training Heart Rates
Age:18 RHR:61 60%= 146 which is 24 beats/10 secs 70%= 160 which is 26 beats/10 secs 80%= 174 which is 29 beats/10 secs
