I know you are likely not working out b/c of your back pain, but it's great to see you logging food and staying active. I hope to see you feeling better and logging some workouts soon!

Yay Amber!
I was worried about you. Am so sorry your back has been hurting. Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Do you do any core strength training like Pilates or using an exercise ball? I've found both help immensely. Anyway glad to have you back, and let's get going on this again!

Ugh
I've really fallen off the wagon in the last few weeks... my back has been killing me and I've been barely able to walk... then on top of it I broke my headphones and haven't bought new ones so I have no motivation at the gym. I'm back though... determined to do this....

Really needed that, had a bad weekend for food, finding out after I had a chicken sandwich at Ruby Tuesdays that it had 1000+ calories! And the Chinese food the next day didn't help either. Geocaching is a great way to burn calories... The time just flies by, and the pounds are starting to melt away! Thanks for keeping me on track!
