Hi Amelia! Thank you for your support. With Study and friends visiting from around the country I have been very slack indeed. Got back into the gym last night which was good as I was getting a bit down. How are you going?

WOOOOO HOOOO!
Finally, after a very slow process I've broke through a weight barrier that has been frustrating me literally for years now. I am now only 9 pounds away from reaching my goal weight! Yay me!

Hey there!
I'm doing well, started to move back down on the scale again. You definately don't look close to 40 at all so you must have a while to go to get there, plenty of time to get that run in. I'm a bit similiar, trying to get to below 100 kilos before I'm 40 (June) and likewise concentrating on keeping the exercise up and not sweating so much on the food. Have banned myself from restaurants, fast food and a lot of processed food which seems to be working. We can do it for sure, just one day at a time and we'll be there before we know it
