Down to 208.2
A combination of the paleo diet and daily exercise has been very effective. I weighed 208.2 pounds this morning, the lightest I've been since 7 months ago. Getting down to 205 would be a big accomplishment, and I'm right on the cusp of it.

Dropping to 205
Since getting back to school I've made a serious commitment to get healthy. I weighed myself AFTER bikram yoga in which I had sweat a ton and I was 218 pounds...I decided once and for all I want to get into the shape I was in in high school, which would mean getting down to 195-200 pounds. I've been working out everyday and watching what I eat. Haven't dropped a ton of weight but I'm feeling good. I'd like to first get under 205, then really push to get to sub-200.

Month of detox
For this month, my plan is to do two pieces of activity each day. I found bikram yoga which I REALLY like, and I'm going to couple that with running and weightlifting on alternating days.

Title...
man, dropping weight and being healthy while doing i-banking is super super tough. i have been watching what i eat but there is literally no time to exercise. my job ends in 2 weeks so all i can really do is hold off, exercise when i can, and exercise furiously for the month when i get back

Wow, I've gained about 10 pounds over the past few months. I really need to start watching my weight more! I was doing great exercising, but I got extremely sick and had a lot of really stressful things to do. (I-banking doesn't help). I'm going to start this again and see if I can get to a reasonable weight. My girlfriend is coming in a week and a half, let's see how much weight I can lose by then.
