    Re: my experience

I'm glad to hear that you were able to immediately take the concepts you learned and apply them directly to your lifestyle. Once again - congrats on your 10lb weight-loss and I wish you the best of luck as you move forward in your fitness journey! :)

    my experience

    A) There are definitely a lot of pros using this website. I loved being able to put in what I was eating and actually see how it added up with calories, carbs, fat, etc. It was really different because you realize sometimes you honestly have no idea what the heck your consuming. I also loved learning new exercises. it was cool to be able to pick what part of your body you want to work out and you get so many different choices. Some cons of using the website I think were trying to figure out what you were doing sometimes. I was supposed to be tracking my body, but I think I only put things in a few times so it wasn't really accurate. I think it would be a lot better if you had to enter your nutrition, body, and workouts every time you logged in, because if you only enter it when you have to for the class it isn't showing your true results. B) the SMART goal I met was losing ten pounds by the end of April. A big part of this was changing my exercise habits, doing cardio when I go to the gym instead of just lifting weights. Also, I have been eating healthier. Eating less carbs, watching my calories, and when I'm unsure of something I can use Daily burn to check on it. C) I really liked this class because it focused on important lifestyle habits, and we actually applied them to our actual lives, instead of just learning them and forgetting about them like some other classes.

    Re: Motivating

Great job on getting your streching workout in last week... but just remember, stretching is a key part of reducing the risks for injury. Keep trying to incorporate some flexibility work in your weekly routine! As far as what keeps you motivated during your workouts - seeing the results of your efforts certainly plays a key role in keeping you going. Keep up the good work and go do some more stretches!! :)

    motivating

This week i motivated volcom 54626 jzazueta and marcos. I think everyone is donig a relaly good job and it's interesting to see how everyone is doing. What keeps me motivated is being able to see results. I know what I am doing is working, and eventually I will be in the great shape I am working to be in. I chose to do stretching this week because usually when I go to the gym I just work out and do cardio and dont' stretch completely. It was interesting to try something new. It helps you feel a lot better after working out and just makes your body feel better overall. I'm glad I started stretching regularly, I'm definitely going to keep it up.

RE: HEALTHIER VERSION OF SOURDOUGH JACK

So... inquiring minds want to know - did you end up trying out your version? Did it end up tasting better?
