I will say it is all about getting your body fat down into single digits. You can do zero ab work and still have great abs if you body fat is low enough.

Pro Mass Split
I uploaded my training split if you want to take a look at it. I dont know how much time you are dedicating to training, but at your age, weight and training status I highly recommend you look into a serious calorie increase. You have to be willing to add a little extra wet weight before you can cut down and critique, so eat til you're sick and then eat a little more.

Thanks for the compliment...I have been rocking Kurt Brungardt's Complete Book of Abs program. I am currently in phase 3 and it is kicking my butt.
