"Ouchy head"
Had a bad headache all day yesterday. Did not get to exercise. Did not eat that much either.

Day 2....
Well yesterday did not end up were I would have liked to see it end up. Did not meet ANY of my food goals. Will try harder today. Day one of the workout was HARD. My heart rate was way up and I had to increase the space between running to 2 min or more. BUT today was better. I did day one just like it said and it felt good. My thighs are soar, and I am tired but its good!!!! I like having to keep track of foods as well. Just have to make better choices.

Let's get this started!!!
My goal is to become a runner. A skinny runner that can eat anything. AND to look OK in a bathing suite this summer. I am hoping that this will help me do that. The Dr. gave me the ok to start yesterday so today is the day!
